Winter QP

Hi everyone!

I'm so sorry it has been so dreadfully long since I have posted anything new! You know how life can be sometimes... it can get in the way of doing things like this. LOL
Here is a quick page I put together today from several different kits I have on my computer. Nothing really fancy. It's saved as a .png file so almost anyone can use it. I have the 600X600 pixel size as well as the 3600X3600 size. I hope you like it!
I will be posting more as soon as I can. Working on a new kit to post too!
Here's your links for today's quickpage!

It's time for the 135 running of the roses!

This Saturday - May 2, 2009 - will be the 135th running of the Kentucky Derby! The most excitable two minutes in sports each year! Post time is 6:04PM and NBC is televising the whole thing!

So in honor of the derby I threw together a kit for you! It has seven papers, seven frames, three QPs and several elements. I even saved the previews of the qps and frames in .png format so you would have the smaller sized as well if you didn't want to mess with resizing them for yourself.

The previews are smaller then the actual things in the kits. This is a 3600X3600 size kit. As always, the links to the zip files are below the previews. Please leave a comment and let me know what ya think!

And a very special thank you goes out to The Pop Art Diva and The Martini Diva for allowing me to include her recipe card for the Kentucky Derby Martini in my kit! You're awesome Terri! Please visit her site for all sorts of wonderful things!

WOW! Thank you and here's a little something for your effort!

I want to take a moment to thank EVERYONE that has stopped by, downloaded my freebies and been wonderful enough to leave comments! Y'all ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because I have had several requests, I am currently working on kits for EVERY TEAM in the NFL!!! WooHoo!!! BIG JOB, but it's so worth it to give all of you something that you enjoy! That brings me so much joy, I can't even explain it!

My football kits will take time, but as I get each one done I promise I will post it immediately!

I'm currently working on a new kit I have titled, "Mixed Feelings," and because all of you are so AWESOME, I have decided to offer the six frames I have done from masks to you before I release the kit. There will be more frames in the kit, but I didn't want to wait to give you these! I hope you enjoy them!

Here's the previews and the links for each are below! Please let me know what you think of them with a comment! I would also welcome comments with requests! That way I can be sure to make and give you what you are wanting!

As always, everything is saved as a .png file! Also, the preview is smaller then the actual frame.

Longing For Warmth

Hello friends,

Yes, I know I'm sporadic about putting up new kits. I am working on getting better about that. LOL!

I have seen soooo many scrap kits for Spring and St. Patrick's Day lately, after just getting through Valentine's Day that I decided to just put together a "warm" kit for those that would like it. It's not the traditional Spring colors or any of that, but I hope you will like it just the same.
This kit contains four papers, four frames, four quick pages and five misted flower elements.

Here's the previews, links for them follow! Leave a comment if you'd like!

Love,
Stormy

A Bit of Fantasy

Hello friends!

I hope this note finds you well and happy!

Your guess is as good as mine as to why my blog posts refuse to start at the top of my page here. I know it has something to do with the html on the page that I have been trying to get right. I will eventually figure it out and get it fixed though so please be patient! If it was old school html I'd already have it figured out. LOL

I have a small kit for you today that I have deemed my fantasy kit. There are seven papers, six frames and just a very few elements. I will probably add more elements at a later date along with a couple of QPs. But I hope you like what I have to offer here.

Everything is saved in .png format for you!

All packages should work fine now. If they don't, please let me know.

Stormy's Custom Frames

Six custom frames for you to use as you deem fit!

I hope you like the frames I have for you today! I've saved them all in .png format for you. Where they look filled with white here is a blank background in the actual file. Let me know what you think!

The Children Are Our Future

Quick Pages Set

Monday's child is fair of face
Tuesday's child is full of grace
Wednesday's child is full of woe
Thursday's child has far to go
Friday's child is loving & giving
Saturday's child must work for a living
But the child that's born on the Sabbath Day
Is fair & wise & good & gay
I love the "Monday's Child" poem and was thinking about it today for some reason and it inspired a set of Quick Pages for me.

Now please be kind on my qp designs. I'm really just learning on creating scrap kits and the such and for some reason I can't get my qps to come out where you can just slide your picture in. Some I have made work and others, well, they don't if I merge them like I did these.

So just use your selection tool and put it around the colored square of the frame and then paste your picture "into selection," and hopefully it won't deform it too much or you can add another layer - a blank layer, move it to the bottom and then delete the squares in the frame.
If you need more help with this just let me know and I will do all I can to help out.

Also, a note about my Valentine's kit that I posted yesterday. I didn't know about the "save options" where I could make the pspimage files compatible with earlier versions of PSP. I made the kit using PSP X (10), so a lot of the images in the kit won't open unless you are using version 10 or higher.

I have fixed this problem now and everything I post from here on out will work with version five and up.

Okay, here is your link to download! Enjoy and please let me know what you think. I can only get better with your input!

Thanks!
